Connection setup (one-time)
Oura connects through a one-time sign-in. Paste the Client ID from your registered app at developer.ouraring.com, tap Connect — Oura asks you to approve, then sends you back here.
If a fetch reports a browser-access (CORS) limit, deploy the relay (oura-proxy-worker.js, ~3 min, your own Cloudflare account, stores nothing) and paste its URL:

Only needed if the sign-in lands in the browser instead of the installed app — that page shows the token to copy.
Your data
Where it lives: every answer and thought is stored on this phone only. No account, no server, no analytics. The app works fully offline.
Export makes a small file of your answers — dates and yes/no, plus your notes if you choose. It carries nothing that identifies you.
Import a previous backup (JSON). Existing entries are kept; duplicates merge.
A weekly export doubles as your backup — a lovely ritual with a practical spine.
