Thoughts for later
Ideas about your healing to talk about, apply, or research later. Dump freely — it stays on this phone.
Your data
Where it lives: every entry and thought is stored on this phone only. There is no account, no server, no analytics. The app works fully offline.
Export for review creates a small file of your entries — dates, answers, and (if you choose) your written notes. It contains nothing that identifies you: no name, no email, no location. Share it into your project folder for the weekly review.
Import a previous backup (JSON) or your old Google Sheet journal (CSV export of the “Journal” tab). Existing entries are kept; duplicates are merged.
A weekly export doubles as your backup — a lovely ritual with a practical spine.
Glucose (CGM) · optional
Import your Stelo/Dexcom export and each day's story lands beside your journal: daily average and the overnight low (midnight–7 am) — the number that matters for the 4 AM question. Summaries are computed and stored on this phone only. No targets, no color-coding — your dinner is never graded.
Upload a CGM export — the Stelo app’s share/export, clarity.dexcom.com → Export, or an Apple Health blood-glucose CSV. Any of them work:
Body data (Oura) · optional
Pulls your nights — sleep length, HRV, resting heart rate — from Oura onto this phone, so your body's story sits beside your journal. Your connection and the data are stored only on this device. No scores are fetched, ever — just the raw physiology.
Connection setup (one-time)
Oura connects through a one-time sign-in. Paste the Client ID from your registered app at developer.ouraring.com, tap Connect — Oura asks you to approve, then sends you back here.
If fetching reports a browser-access (CORS) limit, deploy the relay from the setup folder (oura-proxy-worker.js, ~3 min, your own Cloudflare account, stores nothing) and paste its URL here:
Fallback: paste a token by hand
Only needed if the sign-in lands in the browser instead of this installed app — the browser page will show the token to copy.
Disconnect anytime at cloud.ouraring.com — removing this app's access there ends it instantly.
